The current technological equipment of the Chynorany Wastewater Treatment Plant does not meet the required parameters. Therefore, the municipality of Chynorany has decided to gradually reconstruct the wastewater treatment plant. Our company is overseeing the reconstruction of the biological reactor, which has not yet undergone modernization. When the work is completed, the reactor will be divided into three main parts: denitrification, nitrification and the sedimentation section, including new machine technology equipment, all under our supervision.

Orders are executed as turnkey projects, including inspections, design, project documentation, approvals from relevant authorities, implementation, pressure tests, official inspections and the preparation of complete accompanying documentation.

We have all the necessary authorizations for working with designated technical gas and pressure equipment in accordance with current legislation for the execution of these tasks.

The client used natural gas and biogas to operate the steam boiler plant. To ensure an alternative to these energy sources, we implemented a complete system for light fuel oil (LFO) operation. The task was carried out as a turnkey project, starting from project documentation through the design and selection of technological components to the actual work and connection of the steam boilers.

We conducted a pressure test, as with other projects, to demonstrate the quality of the work. At the completion of the work, an authorized inspector carried out the relevant assessment.

The village of Cerová is an energetically developing community. In the wastewater treatment plant project for 350 population equivalents (EO) that treats wastewater from three residential buildings and a nearby elementary school, we served as a subcontractor, providing the supply of selected technological components, construction operations and project management for the entire contract.

The end customer is a manufacturing company that supplies components for air conditioning units. Due to the transition from previously used standard refrigerants to the more environmentally friendly refrigerants used today, it is necessary for these air conditioning units to operate at higher refrigerant pressures. To ensure 100% effectiveness of all products, all manufactured components must undergo pressure testing at the specified pressures. We provided the customer with this requirement as a turnkey solution, using two separate devices for components at 63 bar and 132 bar. We covered the entire project, from the initial design and project documentation to manufacturing the testing equipment, conducting official tests and completing comprehensive accompanying documentation.

Due to the necessity of renewing the technological equipment and the remediation of the existing wastewater treatment plant's buildings, the customer opted for a complete reconstruction, including intensification. As a subcontractor, we coordinated the entire project, including the supply of total wastewater treatment plant technology, modifications to the biological reactor and pipeline distribution.
